I live in Brisbane. I would love to take children from 6 months in an adventure for our country. Want to know anybody crazy enough to do this. Did you caravan / caravan / motorhome? How much? Did you work when not? Did you own your own home and rent it out? Please let me know how you did, even if you had 2 children ...:-)

I can only comment as a victim to travel to the parents and school holidays only. Just make sure that their children are fully occupied with something. In my day was just books, puzzles and drawing. If I had TV, game consoles, dvds. Otherwise the pain of not being preparations will be: "Are we there yet?" Approximately 1 km around each going to happen and GOOD LUCK - you need it. lol
