1993 Newmar motorhome with 8.3 Cummings diesel?

I have a 1993 Newmar motorhome with 8.3 Cummings engine.Its been sitting for over 2 months without to be done and it now appears that the starter does not turn over.Any idea if a burst of air assisted, as it seems to have no air in the tanks? Batteries are also fully charged.Thanks

Hello! If your vehicle has been sitting outside as moisture, for a while, I would suggest, tapping at boot and see what happens. There may be a small amount of rust in the windings, causing a short. or open circuit. All vehicles must be started during storage nternal to prevent oxidation occurring. Good luck!
