A glimpse of Sydney's wildlife

Concerned about wildlife in Australia? If you are landing in Sydney, a couple of places that are distinguished by end. Discover furry koalas, kangaroos and platypuses shy jumping in zoos and wildlife parks just minutes from downtown Sydney.

Do not expect to see kangaroos and reptiles when they landed in Sydney, if you do, you should have landed elsewhere. If you have confirmed your destination (which is in Sydney), then I guess I should check your eyes.

Many tourists still see Australia as having a land of kangaroos in the street. Most of them are somewhere of the forest or in a place where they feel they have a sense of their natural habitat. The easiest way to experience wildlife in Sydney is to transport to parks zoos, the largest collection of wildlife of the city is at Taronga Zoo, its size and years of service makes it a great place to discover and wildlife preservation. Taronga Zoo is located north of Sydney Harbour. To get there, take a ferry from Circular Quay and Central Business District, travel is approximately 12 minutes. Make scenic transport it through a cable car that operates Sky Safari from the upper entrance to the ferry dock 9:30 to 5:00 Pm daily. Not finding it cool? Take the bus.

Some people want to discover the Australian fauna in their original habitat, and the State, one way is to hire a 4WD or a campervan hire Australia, depending on the area for wildlife. Why not, if you have more than a day and I love to do other things like hiking, camping, etc, this is a call to adventure. Manage a certain security to do this and as always a local about animal behavior.

Other wildlife refuge in Sydney is the Sydney Wildlife World is located within walking distance of downtown. It is an ideal place to observe animals wild, given the limited time. Sydney Wildlife World is located next to Sydney Aquarium, between Cockle Bay and King St Wharf. Also consider Featherdale Wildlife Park, located in the western Sydney suburb of Doonside, about 40 minutes drive from downtown Sydney.
