General questions about the winter in an RV?
I am new to stay in a trailer park with my newly acquired fifth wheel back and has a couple of questions. Is the water connection in the park is usually next to the power supply? If not, then approximately how long of a hose I need to have to connect to my truck (I only ask this because I have to buy a water hose heat tape and want to get the correct length). Then without spending a ton of money, what is the easiest way to the side of a caravan. Thanks for all your help.
If you are asking, SD, then there is no need for the winter. A 20-foot hose is good for water. That's what I use and have been able to reach the connection in all the camps that have a. You can be able to get a hose of 15 feet, but that will depend on where the connection is in your trailer, how close you want to park on the faucet (thus general leaks), etc. Finally, the inexpensive way to skirt a trailer tarp and duct tape. I can not say I would recommend, but does the job.
