The benefits of Camper Shows
In the first part of the camping year, with an RV are the most common, although some programs take place in the popular Fall also. But in the Midwest where I live, most camping and RV shows will take place in the early months of the year. Here's my top 11 reasons why that we must go to one or even two or three!
1) It is a way to free the mind of winter, the cold and snow for a short time. While at the fair, which will thinking about summer, sun, green trees, and fires, not shoveling snow or the use of 12 layers of clothing in an attempt to keep warm.
2) You have the opportunity area with very nice people. People and RV camps are for the most part, very friendly and outgoing. While at a show last weekend had people kidding me and had discussions on camping and campers who are both looking. It's a fun atmosphere.
3) Comparison shop. In the largest sample that there are literally RV campers and hundreds more in sight. You can go into them, look around, and talk with dealers about each of the pros and cons.
4) Discounts and Freebies. The distributors and exhibitors in the camping and RV shows want people doing business with them during the show and make it attractive to offer special prices shown in their caravans and trailers, and / or give extra points with the purchase such as free upgrades, free gas, a free barbecue, free camping chairs, etc. Most Exhibitors have some kind of lottery. It may be a picture of a grill, overnight camping or may be free samples of food sales. The show can give awards. The last show was camping was giving away a brand new van for a lucky winner.
5) Class A Motorhomes. Whether you owns a Class A Motorhome now plan to own one in the future, or think you will never be able to afford that luxury, it is worth the price of your ticket for luxury motor home traveling in the specimen. I visited three in the final I was on display. The nicest one was priced at $ 400,000. It was great. heard a woman saying that the kitchen was much nicer than at home. I can understand why he said that. The kitchen area in particular that the class A motor home had solid cherry cabinets, solid surface countertops and tile flooring.
6) seminars. Even if you're not a fan of camping can be found seminars offered in most of the shows to be of interest. The seminars are usually short in length, 30 minutes or less, but they are full of interesting information. The last one I attended talked about some of the best holiday destinations in my state, most scenic roads to drive, the best areas of nature to visit, and some of the most unique and strange places in the state. I lived in the state all my life and I did not know about various of the places I spoke. Now I have some weekend getaways new holiday destinations.
Now that I have given my six reasons to attend a caravan or RV show, get out there, go to one, and have a good time.
