"I can use my computer as a composite video screen for video rear view camera?

I have a trailer with a view camera rear that produces a composite video signal to an LCD screen. The screen is broken. Is it possible to make a feature of Windows XP as a computer LCD monitor see the signal from the camera? Obviously, I need a cable to convert RCA composite video in some other type of connector for computer (USB, VGA port, Firewire?) and some tools and / or software? I would like to use the computer for purpose of age (GPS screen and monitor motor), and add this new capability to view exit from the rear view camera. Is it easy or difficult? Any help appreciated ....

Your best bet is to get a capture card USB video. Make sure the type that allows you to view live video in place of registration (as an example, only from a tape of DVD / VCR).
