best way to make mobile accessories?

Hey guys, so we are turning our shuttle bus to a motorhome for a road trip, is the main battery and an accessory that are already in the engine compartment, but want to add a decent size fridge tv (which will have to run over night when the engine is off), laptops and some misc. articles. were trying to not break the bank. we have been considering the cases of supply (with 12V battery's output) and then plug remover to convert alternating current and give us a way out .. but then we do not know how to upload pictures to back up .. anyway any ideas? also how we connect to a standard 12V battery (in terms of Watts?) thanks!
