Motorhome Brake Pads

Rattle noise in my car.?

Ok, so I have a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab 4x4 Short Box, LES, with a 6.0ltr V8 with a rear end 4.10 and 175.000 miles on the engine and 200,000 miles on the chassis (trailer behind a motorhome). Ok, so here's the problem it rattles when you step on the brake. I replaced the wheel bearings, brake pads and rotors and oil changed and greased everything that has a set of lubrication. What could be the problem? Oh, and just does it sometimes (seems no better or worse during the last hour light or heavy). Thank you guys:)
