"I can park my motorhome on my record?

One of our neighbors are not happy and are looking to take legal action. The house is about 30 years old, the facts do not allow caravans, but are unclear on motorhomes. The agents have confirmed that builders would not get involved in disputes. Council have been around and I see no problem because the truck fits easily into the unit.
