Tips for choosing an RV Dealer
If you decide to buy their mobile home next to an RV dealer for any reason, you make a small research to make sure the dealer you choose will be there to give support and service that is required after the sale is complete. Not all dealers are reputable and have good customer service. So choose your dealer wisely and carefully before the sale. Here are some things to keep in choosing a provider:
* Give a call to the local Better Business Bureau and ask for the number of complaints filed against a reseller. If several of them in the list, then it is a good idea to cross this dealer from your list immediately.
* Find out the history of the distributor. How much time have been in business? How long has the current owner of the company? What the label / title of the process when buying an RV?
We are getting close to buying a used class A motorhomes that we like. Is in Vermont, living in New York. We would be paying cash. What is the process once they are paid? Drive the thing off the lot the same day Title in hand and a temporary label RV dealer? We would be crossing from Vermont to New State of New York, where we had until we had labels Park permanent. 150 miles or less from the park where he had deaerl. I'm sure the seller would tell us all about it if I called again to ask - but I'm trying to look distant. LOL
Sounds like you've responded quite well to their own questioin. VT temp label should be good for 30 days for you to get your NY tags.
