New Zealand by Road & Rail: A Journey through natural splendor

Most people experience New Zealand through a combination a return flight and car hire, driving your destination to see the area. This is a more effective approach that flexibility is the key and the time is not an obstacle. But for a vast region, including New Zealand in a limited period, it is no easier or more enjoyable than the combination of road and rail method.

One of the down sides of rail transport in New Zealand is not reached all tourist destinations, such as the Bay of Islands and Queenstown. But for those who come to Auckland and want to relax while enjoying New Zealand's North Island before jumping into a caravan and the exploration of the South Island rail is the perfect way to travel. rail routes from New Zealand provide some of the world's most spectacular landscapes.
