Is it okay to run your heater and refrigerator on propane while driving down the road?

We have a dolphin motorhome 1984 and wanted know if we can run our propane heater while we are driving down the road and if not, how warm the trailer while driving? we do not have the manuals of owners who only bought it used w / out them, how warm the house w motor coach or the propane heater?

My wife and I rented a 30-foot mobile home for a trip of a couple of years ago. Before we drove out of the lot rental yard, a technician on the pilot and began the refrigerator to cool. I guess that meant it was legal to run it while driving. As for the heating section coach, I just turned on the heater of the vehicle, as I would any other vehicle. This heater uses the heat generated by the engine, instead of any combustion system. No need to turn the heater propane to reach the destination. The engine will produce heat, anyway, why waste propane when the engine provides free heat?
