Nascar Vacations: Why Rv Camping cost more than a hotel package?
I honestly believe the best way to experience NASCAR is camping in the racetrack. There is something about the atmosphere created in the camp that makes the experience much more exciting race. It is often a very long back. Can not create the same "back door" atmosphere of staying in a hotel located 45 to 90 minutes of the track.
However, most people I talk to are surprised to learn that a NASCAR RV Camping package is more expensive then staying in a hotel (without meals). summarize why this is the case.
Not all, but most RV dealers charge a premium for NASCAR races and other sporting events, and require a minimum rental period ranging from 4 and 7 nights. A luxury motor home can cost more than $ 700 per night and level Class C motor home can cost around $ 400. RV can be 3 to 5 times more expensive than most of the room.
We will now enter the hidden costs. Not the cost of fuel, mileage, use of propane, the use of generator outputs of the pump, and camping. Campsites can range from $ 200 to $ 400 depending on the facilities offered and the hook-ups (eg, water, sewerage and electricity).
If you fly to the race or a novice camper, there are other expenses you may incur as bedding, cooking utensils and hygiene kits (eg, towels, etc.) In most cases this is all additional charges that can range between $ 50 and $ 100 per person.
The apparent cost difference is reduced when compare apples to apples. Most hotel packages are based on a two night stay while RV packages are based on a minimum of 4 nights. Then add the amount of money you'll spend on meals and beer or other alcoholic beverages in restaurants and on the track. This could be $ 60 per day, if not more. If you are camping, you can prepare meals in the camp. Here is where the savings add up.
When all is said and done, the RV camping could cost a few dollars more, but when you compare the benefits of staying on the track in front of a hotel there is no comparison. Camping wins hands down.
Many of my friends ask me why, if the field is more expensive. For me, there are two options: 1) spend a substantial amount of money to see a race, or 2) spend smaller shift and a NASCAR race in action-packed vacation that is just fun, fun, fun! I like to maximize the value My entertainment for the money and for this reason that I always picked the RV camping route.
In other words, why not spend a few bucks and turn over a career NASCAR NASCAR in a week long vacation. Tailgating for an entire week with 1,000 s of other NASCAR fans is simply the best. It's better than all other sporting events like football (college and NFL).
Camp is guaranteed to turn what is "going to a" race within one week long, full of Action NASCAR racing experience. If you're not on the track, he's playing redneck games (eg, hillbilly golf, [corn hole what Canadians called bean bag throw], touring the camp, go to the back door and experience some of the best games in the world culture, and that is the redneck "" culture.
One of the biggest obstacles is the RV camping experience. There is much to learn and so I think a lot of fans stayed in a hotel. As a rookie RV Camper I found an easier way. Paying a little more and book through a travel company that offers a package of NASCAR Camping. You will be provided a smooth and worry-free approach to experience all that NASCAR has to offer. You can also get "all inclusive" packages where meals are prepared for you. Have staff on site to ensure that your camping experience is pleasant and on maintaining the RV for you.
If you are thinking about vacation NASCAR, explore all your options. Trust me, camping is the best way to go. It's the ultimate NASCAR experience with travel companies that offers camping NASCAR is the only way to go if you do not own a mobile home. You may think that may cost a little more, but when you factor in the cost of meals, Camping can be cheaper and much better. You can also go a less expensive route of camping in a camper trailer or Class C, Class A mobile home is beautiful.

I have a 34ft pace arrow motor home has a chevy 454. stand for one year. fuel pump went out. put the fuel pump line it does not idle, backfires through the tbi.what could be my problem?
You have more problems than a fuel pump. The backfire can mean a belt jumped time. At a minimum, this means that you have problems severe enough power, or even valves open at the wrong time.
