Motorhome Gas Regulators
Motorhome Gas Regulators

Hello, does anyone know the gas cylinders to perform best for caravans in France, and where to buy?
Gaslow me say that by 2004 trucks / motorhomes it is best just to buy a couple of cylinders and the appropriate regulatory when you get there. Are these things easy to find in France? Can you buy caravan or camping? Is there a place near Calais which sells them? I'm hoping to go more than 4 months or more, and understand that although it is widely CampingGaz available is not very economical and only comes in small cylinders. In the UK I use a couple of propane cylinders 3.9 kg of red in my motorhome. Thanks for any help or advice, so I can go more prepared.
These are known as "pouring gas Bouteilles caravan /" Le camping. There are several brands and they can contain butane or propane. The well-known brands in France are Butagaz, Primagaz and Antargaz. There are also Totalgaz. Most of these are really outside the oil companies large as Shell, Total, etc. .. Being highly flammable must be stored outdoors for retailers, and find that in most places where vehicles and two sold stroke. In France, most hypermarkets have service stations in some of their front yards and you can see the gas bottles in racks near the operator special pay booth. The gives you a key and go help yourself then return the key. The Auchan hypermarket in the southern suburb called Calais Coquelles has them, but you should find on any route you take. There is also a shopping center in the starting area of the highway there is a garage Boulogne. There the tunnel exit and there are introduced directly into the motorway to Lille or Calais or Dunkerque sliproads the by-pass. Coquelles Boulogne is on the end of the bypass. See (in the racks of wine) "Directions" on this site: there is an excellent map: http://www.auchancalais.com/shopping_centre.asp I've looked at several sites for you and cynlinders French appears to be greater than 3.9 cylinders that are used, but you can look for yourself. In addition, some are square and not round.
