How I can get my motor generator to feed my devices correctly?

I've inherited a 1990 dolphin motorhome Las Brisas. It has a "Generac" generator that is supposed to be capable of powering all aircraft in the RV. When connected to shore power all goes well, A / C, microwave, refrigerator, water pump. With only the generator to try the same feat literally get 0 results. I'm at a loss as to what to do. I've gone and done a full set-up generator, I've played with all circuits / switches seem to be able to find and nothing appears, even a power wire from the generator to appliances and housing. "Any idea? There is no way I can find to connect directly to the generator. The fuse of the generator is fine, all fuses you can find at home are fine, the fuses in the converter are fine. There are no retail outlets for the working time of the generator, without equipment. The generator itself going well. All 3 batteries are new and 1 truck battery and the housing 2. And the generator has worked and is connected correctly.

can connect something in the generator and it works? if not, replace the capacitor in the generator.if which has a replacement rectifier board and see what happens.oh but if you can supply something connected to it, id say you had a switch for shore power, and can not use the generator when the outlet port is operating, so you have to have another place
